Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?
Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.
You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible

for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the

Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason.. They have no legal authority.

They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing.

I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault.

They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.


What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House?

Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people

exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red ..

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Failure of government to follow the Surpreme Law of the Land

We are experiencing the fall of our government as we know it. When legislators take the attitude that they know better our needs as a people,as individuals and communities then the representative government becomes defunct. When the elected turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the will of the majority to advance their own personal agendas then at that moment I would ask the question; Are we bound to follow the leadership of that government? You educate yourself and decide.

I do not ask that question lightly. I am aware that this administration takes a dim view of anyone that would have the audacity to question their leadership abilities and motives. I am also aware of the disdain that they have for the populace in general. Lies and deceit are the standard of this president and his staff. They think nothing of the truth. The truth is an inconvenience that need not be addressed. The mockery that is made of any group that takes a stand is nothing short of a revelation of their wicked prideful hearts.

So what is in violation according the Constitution and Bill of Rights?
Freedom of speech would be a start. To be mocked by the speaker of the house is evidence of either the lack of understanding that people have a right to ban together and speak out or (I believe this is the case) contempt for the Bill of Rights and its precepts. They demand respect but do not believe it is a two way street.
Article the third [Amendment I]
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Then what about the right to peaceably assemble? Would not the reactions of leaders show an attitude that is prejudice. When sodomites can march on Washington and are considered a kind of heroes and stand in our capital perpetrating vile acts and nothing is said. But let a couple million Tea Party protesters show and we get a reaction of hate full of venom. Why would that be? Because we stand in the way of their brand of liberty. Freedom for them to change our form of government a socialism.

Article the third [Amendment I]

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

People have been allowed to redress grievances many times during my life. The civil rights movement is one example. Now we have the Tea Party growing by leaps and bounds and the undercurrent is that socialist hope and change is NOT what the people want. They want less government not more and we want life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Not oppression, dictators, and heavy taxes funding things we don't support or believe in.

Article the twelfth [Amendment X]
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

There is no authority under the Constitution for these people to assume the powers that have been taken. Nor can the legally force people to associate in their healthcare or any other socialistic endeavor. Power is to the people not the elite. The Founding Fathers set in place safeguards that the people have the right to resist such changes that are not Constitutional and never to allow the establishment of an elite/ruling legislature or judiciary.

Section 9 No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

Health care was bought through the Senate.....

Note I said the so called healthcare reform was BOUGHT(it wasn't a typo) through the senate by Harry Reid D-NV and his crooked minions. sen Ben Nelson D-NE I am sure was bought off just as was Mary Landreau D-LA and others. With overwhelming citizen opposition the socialist/marxist bill passed today. To add hurt to injury the vote buying was also paid for by the Tax Payer.
The Founding Fathers would be calling for revolution and a dismantling of this government.The Constitution has once again been ignored and the governed have been trampled upon.

I am not sure what all the ramifications are and believe we cannot know all due to the secret underhanded way it was constructed and passed or how much leeway it gave to bureaucracy. Where is the promised transparency? Only EVIL has to hide in the darkness and only Truth can be bold and open. It is a sad day in this nation. The Framers of the Constitution intended that bills before the congress would be long drawn out debates. The complicated process put in place was to allow time for the dirty little secrets to come to light and be removed. Time for the people to react and fight. The reason for this push to vote before Christmas was to give the crooked ones an excuse before they went home to face the people. We should not let them rest the whole of Christmas vacation. Shame on them and shame on us that sat by and did not stand up.

Why is this President in Copenhagen?

I can't see where this president has Constitutional authority to do the things he is attempting to do in the Global Warming summit aka climate change summit in Copenhagen.
First let me say that this global warming,climate change, man made climate change or whatever else you want to call it is a hoax. It is about changing our form of government from a Republic to a socialist, marxist and even Nazi form.

Let me stop here and give you definitions.

As you can see we do not recognize monarchs and therefore this president does not have the constitutional authority to sign away our sovereignty to anyone. Not the globalist. Not the United Nations, Not the North American Free Trade organization. TO NONE!

Fear-mongering is the means that liberals,socialist,and nazis use to get the people to give up their liberty in the name of security. We must educate our friends and families. Our neighbors and co-workers. If we do not reign in this president and the socialist congress and senate we will cease to exist as a free people. The burden is growing every day on the backs of good law abiding hard working citizens.

We must force ourselves to see that the goal of Washington is to bring the people under their control, that this oppression is only going to get worse, and that we must realize that our succeeding generations are going to willingly live under tyranny because they will not know anything else. Because we were unresponsive and mute they will think that it is just the way it is. WE MUST NOT LET THIS CONTINUE!

Health Care Regulation and Control is NOT .....

Health Care Regulation and Control is NOT Constitutional. I am going to hammer and hammer until we see a revival of our Christian principles and a return to our Constitutional precepts. We cannot allow government to interfere in the daily lives. For us to bow to enslavement of the idea, "that government is the answer", as a people is for us to relinquish our inalienable rights granted by the Creator.

Our Founding Fathers were keenly aware that the seed of laziness, a lack of personal industry,and the sin of failing to take personal responsibility, would open the door to evil and greedy men to take advantage and wrest control over the population. Our selfishness will destroy the future generations. The preamble of the Constitution says "to promote the general welfare" it doesn't say to provide the general welfare. We become slaves to a false security and we fail to act when the wolf is at the door ready to devour us. The Fathers knew of this danger and placed safeguards to allow the people the governing control.

Health care is one means of complete control over the population. If allowed the government will hold illness over us. They will begin to tell us what is and who is important to society. Then they will tell us that Grandfather must be sacrificed to make way for the young and productive. It has already been fielded. The Vice-President has said as much and this President said that "We are" (the elite and government) "partners with God in the matters of life and death." Did we not see the same thing with Adolph Hitler? Did he not decide that Jews were "the problem" and in the name of securing safety and prosperity for the people murder millions?

We must not allow this tyranny to continue if we are not going to find ourselves headed down the same road. It is larger than so called health care reform. It is tyranny in the guise of caring. Government has not ability to care about anything. It is cold and unseeing mechanical. Only human beings are capable of love and compassion for our fellow man.

Citizens, we have the power. We can stop the evil and the elite. Again I say the only thing they have to fear is an enlightened knowledgeable citizenry that awakens and stands against their destructive devices. We must acquire knowledge of God's word and the Founding documents if our Republic is not going to pass from the earth to stand no more as a beacon of freedom. We must act now or it is never. It IS that serious.

Public Money for Private Business.

We have been hearing a lot about private business receiving public money,your money, and government takeover of private businesses. First let me say that I find nowhere in the Constitution that the federal government has the authority to either authorize funds, tax money, to be used for private business. Nowhere. Further more I find nowhere does the government have authority to interfere with free market enterprise or take over any private business. They do have limited federal authority to prosecute criminal activity by businesses and they do have some authority to prosecute individual criminal activity. I say some because the states have more jurisdiction and power than the federal government.

Now we do not see prosecutions because mismanagement is not a criminal offense. If a company like General Motors cannot operate at a profit the free market dictates that they go out of business. If a company does not produce a product that the people want or need then the result is company closure. It really is that simple. Propping up companies simply is not constitutional and cannot legally be practiced.

Freedom

Freedom is a word that should invoke a sense of peace. When one accepts the free gift of pardon from Jesus Christ there is a peace that passeth all understanding. If you have tasted the freedom under the protection of the constitution you experience a little taste of that type peace. I am old enough to have lived under that freedom. I know what it is to feel freedom. To live without fear or opression of government. To know what it is like not to have government meddeling in things that are none of their affair.

Freedom is not that things are always right or good or even just. There have always existed things that did not seem right. We must educate ourselves about our constitutional rights and demand that the legislators return to our God fearing conservative roots. If we continue to be ignored then we must work to remove those in the seat of power. The time to work is now! It will soon be too late and we will be forced into situation that will be less than desirable. Our grand children and great grandchildren are at stake.

The First Amendment

We first see that the Founding Fathers addressed first things first. Note that they were concerned that future generations would weaken and submit to tyranny. (as we have)They were placing in this first amendment a prohibition of the government establishing a state church. They were making sure that we did not violate free worship as a man sees fit even if it was not what they would choose. Further more as you can see they wanted to make clear that freedom of religion was the intention and not freedom from religion. Evil men desire to remove their accountability to God so they are attempting to create a new nation without God which can do nothing but fail.

As you can see and I challenge you to find in the constitution or the founders intentions any reference of "separation of church and state" You will not find it. It is a lie that has been repeated to the people so many times they think it to be truth. For every vague reference the perpetrators of the lie make you can find hundreds of clear references to the hearts of the founders and their establishment of the free exercise of worship. One only has to look at the writings and even the architecture of Washington to see God was on the hearts and minds.

Freedom of speech is also guaranteed under the constitution. That freedom is not that a person may say anything he chooses without personal responsibility for such speech. There has to be a moral control to have an orderly society. Filth and gross declarations in the public arena will never benefit the speaker nor the hearer. Evil communications corrupt good manners. We have become a filthy society because the intentions of the founders have been misused. I do not say that difference of opinion should be suppressed nor should free discourse be punished or forbidden. All can have disagreements without the interjection of filthiness. I have always said a man with a filthy mouth has no respect for himself or those around him and it show that he is lacking in vocabulary necessary to hold an intelligent conversation.

Our first amendment was designed to give Freedom and liberty. It is not to be given to the foolish use of its mandates. The founders intended that God and his Bible be the guiding principles and no amount of corrupting will change the original intent. Evil men are in power now. It is our duty to resist that evil and return our government to a Republic. A government of the people by the people and for the people.

Limited Powers of the Federal Government

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Our founding Fathers intended that the majority of power remain with the states and that the federal government be limited.

Why would they want to address a limited federal bureaucracy? Why would a fledgling government even consider limiting it's own body of power? The foresight and wisdom of these men is nothing short of miraculous. They knew the hearts of men, given the chance, would work for their own interests. They wanted to keep the seat of power near the people where the constituency would have an arms length control of the representatives. The law making would be literally in the neighborhood where the people could keep an eye on the process.

What we have today is a powerful seat of government distant from the majority of the people passing laws and meddling in the affairs of people not constitutionally granted. We have recently seen examples of the representation ignoring the will of people and acting in their own personal interests setting themselves up to gain position and monetarily.

Some examples of unconstitutional actions of late are the so called "stimulus" which neither stimulated anything for the benefit of the people but was a direct violation of constitutional law.
Health care is not in the realm of federal powers and the taxation without the consent of the people certainly is not. Department of Education was intended to be left to the local school boards, not a national bureaucracy.
Most social programs and giveaways have no constitutional basis IE: "Cash for Clunkers". The national emergency of swine flu H1N1 was not and is not an emergency at all. Lies and deceit are definitely not constitutional.

What measures must the people, you and I, take to regain control and put a stop to the lunacy?
Number One, first and foremost is self-education. We cannot force a return to the Constitution without knowledge of the content but also of the intent of the Formers of this document. We must know the men behind the document. This blog will assist you with that. Together we can learn of them.

Number Two We must debunk the outright lies and misconceptions. One example that comes to mind is "Separation of Church and state". Not only is that statement not part of the constitution it is not part of the intention. Freedom of Worship is guaranteed. I will address where the perpetrators of this lie got the idea and educate you as to what Thomas Jefferson actually said, to whom he was talking, and why. You will be surprised and disgusted.

Number Three we must investigate candidates that will stand with the constitution no matter what and remove by election the President, Senators,Congress those that degrade and ignore that document.

Our national survival is at stake. Do not make the mistake of thinking things will get better on their own. We must be active, pro-active and even radical in our defense of the constitution and accept nothing less. We will be attacked and worse but We the People are the one thing that evil, power hungry, elitist men and women are afraid of. They know we can take back the country any moment we choose. U.S. Constitution Mandates,Moments, Memories,

I have come to the conclusion that there exists a void in the knowledge of one of our most precious documents. The Constitution of the United States of America has been the foundation of our existence as a nation since 1787.

In these perilous times I believe adherence to this document is crucial to our liberty and freedom. We find that Washington in general does not follow nor revere our constitution. Democrats nor Republicans care to look into constitutionality of their actions for they know that most of their actions as President, Senator, Congressional Representatives, or Judicial Appointees are NOT Constitutional.

My hope is that the readership will grow until we are able to stop and reverse the distancing of our elected leaders from this document. It will require that we learn the Constitution,(for ignorance is not bliss, but destruction), and that we act upon that knowledge. It will require some of us to change how we think and believe. Some will have to instill within themselves core values of character and even make amends for past errors.

The enemies of freedom have risen and will continue to rise up against all that is good and sacred and honorable to gain power and control. They will not give up without a fight. Also this know, that we the people are more powerful than the elite,and that a populace united cannot be defeated, nor can tyranny exist where the people regain control of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Liberty is not a commodity of man to be doled out by the elite as they wish, but rather it is a gift directly from the throne of God as our founding fathers acknowledged.

Come with me. We will renew our strength. We will unite in the common cause to fulfil our duty to our grandchildren and subsequent generations by returning to our heritage and the ideals that the founding fathers intended. I will give you quotes directly from their voices, their documents, and their letters that you may arm yourself so that you may secure within your own hearts that same knowledge and passion,that you may know what it is to be American and have the taste of true freedom within this land once again.
